The problem
Choosing a college in India means juggling rankings, fees, cut-offs and placement data across a dozen tabs. Students need to filter, compare side by side and share what they found.
How I approached it

Search that keeps up
Debounced search, multi-facet filters and URL-synced state so every result page can be shared or bookmarked.

Side-by-side comparison across 11+ metrics, and an admission predictor that maps an exam rank to likely colleges.

Saved comparisons and a Q&A thread with optimistic UI, behind NextAuth sign-in.
What I built
- Next.js 16 frontend on Vercel proxying to a Render backend over serverless Neon Postgres via Prisma.
- Skeleton loaders on every async view so the interface never jumps.
